We want you to receive your curtains and blinds as quick as possible so our current turnaround time is 3 weeks for custom curtains  and Blinds to be ready for shipping. Once your curtains and/or blinds are ready (you will receive an email), we can ship your order in 1-5 working days by Aramex, Mainfreight or ourselves.

We price our custom curtains reasonably, usually 30%-60% lower than traditional retailer.

  • Free Delivery: Enjoy free delivery on standard orders over $199 (excludes oversized products).
  • Flat Rate Delivery: $30 flat rate delivery applies to orders under $199.
  • Oversize Orders: Standard orders must not exceed a total length of 2300cm. Additional oversize fees may apply—check for more details.

We will make every effort to despatch your order for delivery within the estimated time given on the products details page. We cannot give you a specific delivery day or time. Delivery usually takes 1-5 days from the date of despatch. If you have not received your item within 7 days of the estimated despatch date, please contact us at serveice@woocurtains.co.nz

All curtains and blinds are custom made and they begin production immediately upon order. They cannot be changed or cancelled once processing. However, you can contact us as early as you can but we cannot guarantee they can be changed. In rare cases, we will find that an item is out of stock, and we will send you a notification via email. You can then decide to choose an alternative product or refund.

If your measurements are incorrect, we offer free alterations for your curtains or blinds within 10 days of receiving your order. After this period, alteration requests will incur a fee, which will be determined based on the specific changes required.

Please note: Alterations are only available for reducing the size or length of your curtains or blinds. Any associated shipping costs will be your responsibility.

Yes, you can. The pickup site is located in Birkdale, North Shore, Auckland. When you place your order, you can choose pickup or delivery. 

Yes, you can. please email us at service@woocurtains.co.nz, and make an appointment 1 day in advance. 

Yes, you can book up to 12 free samples per order.
