There are six heading styles available in OnlineCurtainStore. Each heading style gives a different effect and each has its own impact on the overall decor of a room. Please also note that different headings influence the quantity of fabric required in a curtain.

Pencil Pleat

Pencil Pleat curtains are one of the most commonly used curtain heading types around. Folds of fabric are tightly gathered to create a semi-cylindrical heading that resembles a line of pencils.

â—‰This heading gives a neat finish to your curtains at a reasonable cost.

â—‰We gathered it to the required width of your curtains with plastic hooks.

Single Pleat

Single pleat heading is one of a contemporary heading design. It is suitable in small spaces and for fabrics with patterns. This pleat is cheaper than double and triple pleat.

â—‰The size and spacing of the pleats will vary depending on the width and height of the curtains.

â—‰The pinch pleat curtains or valances are supplied with hooks to hang them easy.

Double pleat

Double pleat heading is a more contemporary design that has double pleats separated by flat sections of fabric. This type of curtain is versatile and therefore looks great in all kinds of setting

Inverted Pleat

Inverted Pleats offer a classy look. Inverted pleat curtains have a single pleat at the back. It’s one of those styles that will help your rooms offer a calmer feel.

Eyelet Heading

Eyelet is a contemporary curtain heading for use with curtain poles. Eyelet heading gives large even soft pleats and have metal rings at the top of the curtain.

â—‰They are very easy to hang through your pole. Once hung your curtains will fall in soft even pleats.

â—‰The rings we used diameter of 40mm and are suitable for poles with a diameter of up to 35mm.

â—‰No other accessories are needed. Easy to install on curtain rods. It only works with curtain rods, not for tracks.
